At Chance Residential & Assessment Centre, our mission is to provide a compassionate, supportive, and family-oriented environment where parents are given the opportunity to demonstrate and develop their parenting abilities.
We deliver thorough and individualised assessments that empower families to provide the best possible care for their children. Through collaboration with experienced practitioners and social workers, we ensure every family receives personalised guidance throughout a 12–16 week process, with flexibility for extension where needed.

Accommodation
CHANCE Residential & Assessment Centre is conveniently located near Lewisham town centre, offering excellent transport links and access to a wide range of child-friendly groups, services, and community activities. This vibrant setting supports families in staying connected to local resources throughout their assessment.
The Centre can accommodate up to four families at a time, providing a safe, structured, and supportive environment. To ensure the safety and wellbeing of both children and adults, CCTV operates 24/7 in all bedrooms and communal areas, in line with safeguarding protocols.
The property is regularly inspected, maintained, and updated to meet the evolving needs of the families we support. The Centre is subject to Ofsted inspections and ongoing quality assurance monitoring by placing Local Authorities, ensuring high standards of care, safety, and professional practice at all times.
