Accommodation

At Chance Residential Children’s Home, our accommodation is designed to feel warm, welcoming, and homely, rather than institutional. We do not use CCTV within the property, as we believe children deserve to feel comfortable, trusted, and truly “at home” in their living environment. Instead, safety and security are maintained through the presence of caring, attentive staff and well-established routines. The property itself is regularly inspected, maintained, and updated to meet the evolving needs of the children we support. In addition, the Centre is subject to Ofsted inspections and continuous quality assurance monitoring by placing Local Authorities, ensuring that the highest standards of care, safety, and professional practice are consistently upheld. By combining a safe, structured, and supportive environment with a homely atmosphere, we create a space where children can flourish — knowing they are secure, respected, and cared for.
