At Chance Residentials, we believe everyone deserves a chance. We provide safe, nurturing homes for families and children through our three core services: a Residential & Assessment Centre, a Children’s Home, and Supported Living accommodation.
Our mission is simple: to create supportive environments where families feel valued, children are cared for, and both can grow with confidence toward brighter futures.
Residential & Assessment Centre – Offering parent-and-child residential placements, we provide a safe space where families receive guidance, support, and assessments to help parents build confidence and prepare for the responsibilities of raising children.
Children’s Home – A stable, caring home for children that focuses on emotional well-being, personal development, and education. We provide consistency, structure, and therapeutic support so every child can heal, belong, and thrive.
Supported Living – We provide fully furnished one-bedroom flats for young parents with their children and 16–18 year olds who need extra support. With flexible one-to-one guidance, we help families and young people build skills, confidence, and independence, while ensuring children are always safe, nurtured, and loved.

Our dedicated team is at the heart of everything we do. Every member of staff holds at least a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care and completes all mandatory training for their role. In addition, our team undertakes specialist training related to the families and children they support, ensuring their care is always tailored and responsive. With their skills, compassion, and commitment, they provide the highest standard of support to every family and child we look after.
